Landmark Builders

Landmark Builders is a commercial general contractor that has been building since 1975. Its primary markets are industrial and distribution centers, office buildings, healthcare facilities, senior living communities and private schools. The company offers general construction, design-build, construction management, and upfit and renovation work, including medical expansions.

Landmark works throughout the Carolinas, Georgia and Virginia, with offices in Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Columbia and Myrtle Beach. In design-build projects, its team works with the design team from the start to fit the owner's budget and schedule. Under construction management, owners, design professionals and key subcontractors are brought in early. Its clients are businesses and institutions rather than homeowners.
