James A. Davis is a Winston-Salem law practice handling estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, along with income tax, corporate and business, family law, debtor-creditor, civil litigation, and firearms rights restoration. The firm also takes on medical malpractice cases and says it represents both individuals and corporate clients, on either side of a dispute.

The office offers a free consultation and a strategy session by phone or in person. Davis was admitted to practice in North Carolina state courts and federal court in 1985 and to U.S. Tax Court in 1990, and the firm says it serves all of Forsyth County and the rest of North Carolina. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, at the office on West First Street in downtown Winston-Salem.
