Chase Electric

Chase Electric is a locally owned residential electrical contractor in Windham, Maine, known for panel and service upgrades, Enphase solar and battery systems, Kohler standby generators, and EV charger installs. Owner Zack Chase is a licensed master electrician, and he handles the quoting, permitting and wiring on each job himself rather than handing work to a crew.

Most quotes start with a call, text or email. Straightforward jobs can be quoted over the phone, while larger work like a panel upgrade, generator or solar install gets a site visit and a fixed-price written quote within a few days. Service covers Portland, South Portland, Westbrook, Gorham, Falmouth, Scarborough and much of the rest of Southern Maine. Panel upgrades include coordination with Central Maine Power.
