Patton's Moving and Storage

Patton's Moving and Storage is a family-owned moving company in Winchester that has been operating since 1912. It handles local moves, long-distance moves, full or partial packing and unpacking, and short- and long-term storage, with special handling for pianos, gun safes, antiques and medical equipment. Office, commercial and college moves are also part of the work.

The company says it is fully licensed and insured and works as a carrier that runs its own crews and trucks rather than handing jobs to subcontractors. Free, written estimates are offered, and a walkthrough can be arranged for larger moves. Its office is at 9 N Loudoun St in downtown Winchester, and the crews serve Frederick County, the Shenandoah Valley and parts of the eastern panhandle of West Virginia.
