Macado's Restaurant

Macado's is a sandwich and sub restaurant that started in downtown Roanoke, Virginia, in 1978. The menu features hearty sandwiches, subs and entrees, along with specialties such as the Hindenburg, the Coney on grilled rye and a strawberry cheesecake. The restaurant grew from its Roanoke start into a chain with locations near Virginia Tech, Radford University and Roanoke College, plus newer spots in neighboring states.
