Chinatown Restaurant

Chinatown Restaurant has served Asian cuisine in Winchester since 1981, beginning with Chinese dishes and later adding Korean, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese cooking. Chef and owner Ming Chan returned to the family business in 1996 and is known for signature dishes such as Steak Chinese Style, Sichuan Udon Noodles, Seafood Imperial, Crispy Yummy and Green Curry. The menu also includes a full sushi bar.

The kitchen buys grass-fed beef and grain-fed pork from local family farms, wild caught domestic shrimp, and organic free-range eggs from a nearby farm, and Ming shops farmers markets for produce in summer. The dining room is casual and contemporary. It is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday and closed Mondays, and it also does catering. The restaurant is on Millwood Pike in Winchester.
