Aikens Group

Aikens Group is a family of independently owned companies that rents apartments and townhomes, leases office, retail and flex commercial space, and runs a group of hotels with meeting and event rooms across the Shenandoah Valley and the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. Its residential listings include Harrison Plaza, Carl's Corner and Shawnee Terrace apartments, and its hotels include Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn properties in Winchester, Martinsburg and Front Royal. H&W Construction, a company in the group, has built residential, commercial, healthcare, educational and municipal projects since 1931.

The main office is at 1025 Martinsburg Pike in Winchester, where the commercial leasing office and H&W Construction are also based. Rental offices in Winchester and Martinsburg keep weekday hours, and the group offers commercial tenant payments and a tenant portal online. Hotel venues host weddings, banquets and corporate meetings.
