Menifee Property Management & Rentals

Menifee Real Estate Group works with home buyers, sellers and landlords around Menifee. Agents help buyers find a home, estimate what a home is worth for sellers, and walk sellers through short sales. For owners who rent out property, the firm handles leasing and management, and its featured rentals range from two-bedroom senior-community homes to five-bedroom houses with three-car garages.

Renters should know the requirements before applying: a minimum credit score of 600, two years of good rental or ownership history, and monthly gross income of at least three times the rent. Smoking is not allowed inside homes, and evictions disqualify applicants, though Section 8 is accepted. Some rentals allow up to two pets, excluding dangerous-breed dogs. No application fees are charged up front; a $45 per-person fee applies once an application is chosen for processing. Questions about the process can be sent by text.
