Savorez Restaurant

Savorez is a Latin-inspired restaurant run by Executive Chef and owner Sam Cahoon, a Wilmington native who builds his menu around Latin flavors with a southern take and locally sourced ingredients. The kitchen is known for dishes like BLT arepas and Tiny Tuna Tostadas, and the bar offers freshly squeezed juices, cocktails, a rotating international wine list and local beers.

The restaurant is small and does not take reservations, so it works on a first come, first served basis. Sunday brunch is served from 10 AM to 2 PM, and the dining room is relaxed and casual. Savorez sits on the corner of 4th and Chestnut Street in downtown Wilmington.
