Nori Asian Fusion & Sushi Bar

Nori Asian Fusion & Sushi Bar is a sushi restaurant in Wilmington known for omakase-style sushi, where the chef selects each order individually. Imported Japanese seafood is shipped in fresh overnight, and the menu includes less common items such as horse mackerel, snow crab, big eye tuna, blue fin fatty tuna and live scallops. There are more than 30 specialty rolls and a range of traditional hand rolls, along with a wider Asian fusion menu.

The restaurant is run by husband and wife team Jing Chen and Yun Zhao and serves lunch and dinner. Reservations can be made by phone or online for either location. It has a location at The Pointe at Barclay, at the junction of 17th and Independence Blvd, and a second location at Marsh Oaks on Market Street. Gift cards and online pickup ordering are available.
