Trolley Psychological Services

Trolley Psychological Services provides psychological testing and assessment for school-age children, teens, college students, and youth with chronic illness. Dr. Anthony Alioto, a board-certified clinical psychologist, spent 25 years as a pediatric psychologist at two children's hospitals, most recently Nemours Children's Health. He also assesses college students at the University of Delaware for ADHD, learning differences, and accommodations.

Prospective families can request a free 20-minute consultation through the contact form or by email. Telehealth appointments are offered, and online payments are accepted. The practice is out of network with insurance, so Dr. Alioto provides superbills for families who want to seek reimbursement, and payment plans and financing are available. The practice is based in Wilmington.
