Renovations for old homes, with custom carpentry and design2600 North Broom Street, Wilmington, DE
PanGro Development is a renovation contractor based in Wilmington since 2000, specializing in old home renovation. Its work covers whole-house renovations, custom extensions, new construction, kitchens and bathrooms, and custom-made furniture, cabinetry, doors, moldings and window casings made with European craftsmanship. The company also takes on commercial fit-outs such as offices and medical waiting rooms.
Projects start with in-house design advisors who develop plans for rooms of any size. PanGro also sources unique pieces through consignment buying, salvage yards and collectors, and its representatives travel to Ireland each year to select signature pieces. Founder James Grogan leads the company, and the office can be reached by phone or through the website's consultation form.
