Interior, exterior and commercial painting with drywall repair102 Admiral Dr, Wilmington, DE
Modern Image Painting is a painting contractor that handles interior, exterior and commercial painting, along with new construction painting, drywall repair, drywall hang and finish, deck staining, pressure washing and cabinet painting. Its crews prep surfaces before any paint goes on, and the company offers a 3-year warranty on its paint and workmanship.
The company is owner-operated and was founded in 2017 by Justin Howell, who still reviews quotes and checks on jobs. Estimates are free and usually start with an in-person assessment, or an online one for smaller jobs, followed by a written proposal. The business is based in Wilmington and works across New Castle County, Delaware, and parts of Chester and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania. Financing is available, and the office is open Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings.
