Neighborhood veterinary care for dogs, cats and other small animals1710 Lovering Ave, Wilmington, DE
Kentmere Veterinary Hospital is a small animal veterinary practice that has been part of Wilmington's Forty Acres neighborhood since 1984. The practice offers wellness exams and preventive care, sick visits, minor surgeries including spay and neuter, diagnostics such as X-rays, bloodwork and ultrasound, and preventive dental care and cleanings.
A three-doctor team sees pets at the clinic on Lovering Avenue, and many families have brought their animals there for decades. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and the clinic also runs an online pharmacy for medications and refills. The clinic sells Waggies dog treats, made by a local nonprofit, at the front desk and online.
