Benchmark Builders

Benchmark Builders is a family-owned homebuilder that constructs new homes across Delaware, including townhomes, single-family homes and homes in 55+ active adult communities. The company has been building since 1988 and says it has built homes for more than 2,500 families.

The builder works from a set of floor plans and community designs, and it includes a 10-year limited structural warranty on every home it builds. Its homes come with energy-efficient features such as added insulation, Energy Star appliances, high-efficiency HVAC systems and low-E windows. Buyers can schedule a self-guided tour, and the team can help with questions about new home communities, quick move-in homes and closing cost assistance. The company's office is at 818 First State Blvd in Wilmington.
