MI Construction & Roofing

MI Construction & Roofing is a privately owned commercial construction company that handles commercial and residential roofing, siding, gutters, and interior build-outs. Its commercial work covers flat roofs using TPO, EPDM, BUR and torch-down systems, along with roof coatings, and it manages large association projects including permits, site meetings and photo progress reports. Residential work includes shingle roofs, where the company is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. The business was started as a home builder in 1978 by Len Mancione and is now run by his family.

Homeowners, property managers and tenants fitting out new commercial space can request a quote, and the company says it serves the Chicagoland area. Its office is in Willowbrook, Illinois, and it works with community associations and their management companies on multi-year roof replacement and maintenance plans.
