King Exterior

King Exterior installs and repairs asphalt roofs, vinyl siding and aluminum gutters, and handles wind and hail storm damage assessments with written scope and photo documentation. The company describes itself as a roofing business that has grown into a wider exterior company, and it works on homes across Lancaster County and southeastern Pennsylvania.

The company offers a free roof inspection that takes about an hour, with photos and a plain explanation of options, including doing nothing if a roof can wait. It does not offer emergency or after-hours service, and it does not do metal, tile or flat roofing, or windows and doors. The office is in Refton, with a Willow Street address, and it also serves Delaware County and Bucks County in Pennsylvania and Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
