Tilson Homes is a family-owned builder of new homes, most often constructed on the buyer's own land across Texas. Its floor plans, including the Fredericksburg and the Magnolia, can be customized, and the company offers its own financing for building, so buyers don't need a separate construction loan.

New buyers start by talking with a New Home Specialist by phone or text, and model homes can be toured by appointment at the Katy design center. Tilson also lists a design center at Republic Grand Ranch in South Willis, and warranty requests are handled by the company's own warranty team.
