Mainstay Center for Counseling

Mainstay Center for Counseling is a group of licensed therapists offering individual therapy for adults and teens, couples and marriage counseling, child and adolescent therapy, and family therapy. The practice works with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict and parenting struggles, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Play therapy is used with younger children.

Sessions are offered in person at the Williamstown office on North Main Street or online anywhere in New Jersey. The practice is in-network with Aetna and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, and also accepts private-pay and sliding-scale clients, with out-of-network claim submission available. Appointments can be requested through the online scheduling tool or the contact form.
