Jeff Speakman's Kenpo 5.0 Karate

Jeff Speakman's Kenpo 5.0 Karate in Whittier teaches kids and adult martial arts classes, along with fitness kickboxing, yoga and women's self-defense. Kids classes focus on building confidence, coordination and friendships, while adult classes cover self-defense skills alongside total-body conditioning.

New students can try one free class with a certified instructor, with no contract required. The school also hosts birthday parties for kids. The studio is at 10722 Beverly Blvd. in Whittier, in a suite on the lower level of the building.
