South Shore Marine

South Shore Marine is a full-service marina in the southwest corner of White Lake, about a mile from the big lake. It offers slips and moorings from 20 to 60 feet on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal terms, plus a fuel dock, boat storage, and winterizing and spring prep. It is known for ShoreStation boat lifts, which it sells, installs and services.

Transient boaters can stop in for a few hours or a few days, and slip renters get full dock privileges with bathrooms, showers and an ice machine. The ship store sells cold drinks and marine supplies, and charter fishing trips head out onto Lake Michigan from here. The office keeps weekday hours, with fuel and weekend service by appointment.
