Cheese Melt Grill & Bar

Cheese Melt Grill & Bar serves handcrafted grilled cheese sandwiches made with thick-cut sourdough, real butter and Walnut Creek brand cheese and meat from Amish Country. Its signature sandwich, the Beale Street, won a 2016 judge's choice title in the Wisconsin Grilled Cheese Recipe Showdown and combines hot pepper cheese, gorgonzola, bacon, golden delicious apples and kale. The menu also includes smash burgers, including the Gorgy Smash, along with a bar.

Dine-in and takeout have been available since February 2023, and the kitchen uses produce from the local market and meat and cheese from the local deli. Lunch and dinner are served from 11 AM Tuesday through Sunday, and the restaurant is on Warwood Avenue in Wheeling. Event and catering inquiries are not being accepted at this time.
