Greek American Rehabilitation and Care Centre is a 188-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term nursing, memory care, hospice and respite stays. Its therapy team provides physical, occupational and speech therapy, along with cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, wound care and pain management. The Joint Commission has accredited the centre, and Newsweek has named it one of the state's best nursing homes.

The facility sits on eight acres with a private lake, a patio and landscaped grounds, and it has custom private and semi-private rooms. Amenities include a chapel, a gift shop, and a beauty salon and spa. Respite stays are offered around the clock for families who need a break. The centre is at 220 N. First St. in Wheeling and serves the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
