Customers can get a quote online and choose a service level, then pay through the site, with treatments scheduled through the year, typically six services a year. Technicians are licensed applicators, and the company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if a customer is not happy with the results, it will re-apply the treatment or refund the money. The office is in Wheeling, and the service area includes Palatine, Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Barrington, Buffalo Grove and nearby towns.
