Waldman & Associates is a commercial real estate brokerage that handles sales, leasing and 1031 exchange advisory for commercial properties in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The firm works mainly with retail plazas, strip centers, self-storage facilities, multi-family properties, office buildings and mixed-use developments, and says it has completed more than $500 million in transactions.

Dan Waldman, the firm's commercial real estate broker, is licensed to advise on 1031 exchanges and Delaware Statutory Trust investments, and has won a CoStar Power Broker Award nine times.
