About Planet Pizza

The story

Planet Pizza is a family-run pizzeria group that traces its roots to a Bronx pizzeria run by the Rocco brothers, Joe, Mike and Frank, who co-founded the business. Pizza dough is made fresh in each store using a generational recipe, the sauce is made from ripe California tomatoes, and the cheese is 100% whole milk Wisconsin mozzarella aged at least 28 days. Hot and cold subs are on the menu too.

The White Plains shop on Tarrytown Road offers fast delivery, carryout and counter service dining, and it takes catering orders. Planet Pizza also runs locations across Fairfield County, Connecticut, and in Greenburgh, New York, with some stores operated by licensees under family guidance. Orders can be placed online.
