GKA Architects

GKA Architects is an architecture firm founded in 2009 by Gregory Ian Korn, AIA, that designs commercial, industrial, apartment and municipal buildings. Its work covers new construction, additions, alterations and tenant improvements for offices, retail spaces and restaurants, warehouses and manufacturing facilities, and major capital improvements to rental and co-op apartment buildings. Recent projects include a video production studio in Inglewood and a two-floor office at the MetLife Building in Midtown Manhattan.

The firm handles work from existing-conditions surveys and zoning analysis through construction documents, permitting, bidding and construction administration. Clients include businesses, property owners and municipal organizations. The firm has offices in Thousand Oaks, Inglewood, Irving, Jersey City and New York, and its Thousand Oaks office at 351 Rolling Oaks Drive handles many of its projects in the western region.
