Choolaah

Choolaah is a fast-casual Indian restaurant built around tandoor cooking, with chicken and salmon cooked in custom clay tandoor ovens and a BBQ marinated in imported Indian spices. The menu includes Paneer Tikka Masala, Veggie Samosas, Pav Bhaji, salads made to order and a Tofu Perfect Balance Bowl, plus Family Meals with rice and naan for sharing at home.

The spice level is mild by default, and diners who want more heat can add the house chili sauce. Gift cards can be bought online or in store, and the Choolaah app offers rewards and in-app deals. Online ordering is available from the main menu, and the company lists its locations on its website, including a Westlake, Ohio spot at 2207 Crocker Road.
