ALTEX Wire and Cable

ALTEX is a custom manufacturer of cable and wire harness, box build and electromechanical assemblies. The privately held company designs and builds connections for OEM customers in industrial manufacturing, medical device, hybrid vehicle and clean energy markets, from large Fortune 500 companies to smaller firms. Its services span design, component sourcing, manufacturing and just-in-time fulfillment.

The company has been based in Westfield since 1993 and also runs a second manufacturing facility in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. Its Westfield headquarters is a 20,000-square-foot facility on Westfield Park Road. Most work is handled through quotes and project discussions rather than walk-in trade, and the contact page lists options for quote requests, employment inquiries and facility visits.
