Apple Core Therapy

Apple Core Therapy is a wellness center with several licensed massage therapists who offer myofascial release, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage and craniosacral work, plus Thai yoga massage and Thai reflexology. Heated amethyst biomat sessions, private or semi-private yin yoga and a RESET workshop on posture and breath round out the menu.

Massage sessions run from 30 minutes to two hours, and appointments can be booked online. Amethyst sessions are booked by text, and gift certificates arrive as printable PDFs that can also be used to pay in advance. The center is on Cedar Street in Westbrook and is accepting new clients. Practitioners include a reiki practitioner and a certified lymphatic therapist.
