Coastal Concepts CT

Coastal Concepts sells custom window treatments, including blinds, shades and shutters, along with carpeting, rugs and resilient flooring. The business works from a showroom at 172 Boston Post Road in Westbrook, though the company says it mostly brings the showroom to customers through in-home consultations. Its owner, Travis Brestelli, started the business in 2017 with the aim of offering quality products and attentive service at a fair price.

Customers can book an in-home consultation or shop from home, and the showroom is open by appointment only. Business customers can request a separate commercial consultation. The company says it serves Branford, Guilford, Madison, Old Lyme, East Lyme, Essex, Chester and other towns along the Connecticut shoreline and Connecticut River Valley. Payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check or cash is accepted, with fees possibly added for card payments.
