Six Depot is a coffee roastery and cafe run by a husband-and-wife couple who source beans on trips to coffee-growing regions and roast them in small batches on a Probat 25-kilo roaster. The shop sells whole-bean coffees, tea, gift boxes, gift cards and a coffee subscription, and the cafe serves its own coffee prepared on site.
The roastery and cafe are in the old train station on Depot Street in West Stockbridge, one of the oldest train stations in the Berkshires. The cafe is open daily from 8 AM to 3 PM. Wholesale accounts for restaurants, shops and offices can be arranged by phone or email.
