Westside Shades

Westside Shade and Blind Company manufactures and sells custom window treatments and awning products, and installs and repairs them for homes, offices and commercial buildings. The company makes many of its own products and also carries lines from other well-known window covering manufacturers, with window shades, vertical blinds, shutters, horizontal blinds and custom drapery among the offerings.

A consultant comes to the customer's home or office with a large sample selection, so colors and styles can be compared in the room's own lighting. The company handles measuring, ordering, delivery and installation with its own full-time installers. There are two locations, one in West Springfield and one in Pittsfield, and the West Springfield shop is at 374 Main St.
