Kitson & Partners

Kitson & Partners is a Florida real estate development company that builds master-planned communities and commercial centers. The website highlights its Talis Park project in Naples and the Babcock Ranch and Crescent B Commons developments in Babcock Ranch, and says the firm works as a collaborative team on land planning, design and long-term stewardship of the land.

The company is based at a suite on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. Its work is mainly for investors, municipalities and future residents rather than walk-in customers, so most neighbors would reach it by phone or email. Its investment partner, Evergreen Investment Advisors, provides long-term capital for its projects.
