Property Painting

Property Painting handles interior and exterior painting for homes, covering the prep, the paint and the cleanup. The crew scrapes, sands and primes surfaces before painting, and uses weather-resistant coatings suited to California sun and heat. Each wall gets two full coats rather than a single pass.

The company offers free estimates and consultations, and you deal directly with the painter doing the work from start to finish. Jobs range from single-room touch-ups to full-home repaints, and the crew covers plants, washes walkways and hauls away debris. Reviewers mention drywall repairs and careful trim work, and the business serves Beverly Hills and nearby parts of Southern California.
