ProDetect Mold Inspection

ProDetect Mold Inspection performs mold inspection and testing for homes and commercial properties. Its work covers residential mold inspections, post-flood checks after a leak or flood, pre-purchase inspections for buyers, air quality and surface sampling, and moisture detection with thermal imaging. Air or surface samples are sent to a laboratory when sampling is appropriate, and the findings come in a documented report with an explanation of the results.

The company is clear that it does not remove or remediate mold and does not accept remediation referral fees, so the inspection stays independent. Scope and pricing depend on the property and the testing needed, so the team talks through the scope and quote before booking. The West Hollywood office is at Sherbourne Drive, and the team serves commercial owners and managers as well as homeowners.
