Novikov Beverly Hills

Novikov Beverly Hills is the flagship U.S. location of the Novikov London restaurant brand, serving Italian and Mediterranean food with a focus on handmade pasta, wood-oven pizza, raw bar selections and dry-aged steaks. The menu includes Bluefin tuna tartare, caviar and oysters, along with a bistecca tomahawk and a Cacio e Pepe served tableside in a cheese wheel.

The restaurant sits on North Canon Drive in Beverly Hills and runs a daytime coffee shop alongside its dinner service. Dinner service is open until 2 AM Thursday through Saturday.
