JS Pro Property Management provides home watch, property management and concierge services for vacation homeowners on Long Beach Island and Beach Haven West. Each inspection produces a report sent to the owner in real time, with GPS verification and photos.

Beyond inspections, the team handles winterization, pre-storm preparation, package pickup, mail forwarding, renter check-ins and check-out walkthroughs, and errands such as grocery stocking and beach badge applications. Ongoing maintenance is handled through licensed contractors for plumbing, electrical, roofing and landscaping. Service covers a list of Southern Ocean County shore communities, including Barnegat Light, Surf City and Beach Haven, and every plan starts with an initial inquiry and site inspection.
