First Place Flooring

First Place Flooring installs hardwood, engineered wood, tile, carpet and backsplashes for homeowners, builders and designers. Tile floors and tile walls are a core part of the work, along with custom hardwood, accent walls, and specialty projects such as heated floors and outdoor tile. The company also takes on commercial spaces.

First Place Flooring handles selections, measurements, ordering, delivery and full installation, or helps with material choices alone for clients who prefer to do the rest. A free consultation can be booked by phone. Kevin Pongratz oversees projects directly, and the company is insured, licensed and a member of the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association. The business is based in Willow Park.
