Coronado Counseling

Coronado Counseling is the individual therapy practice of Julia Overlin, a counselor licensed in California and Texas. The practice works with adults on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, ADD/ADHD, OCD and social anxiety, using cognitive behavioral, emotion-focused and mindfulness-based approaches.

Sessions are held through a virtual office, so clients can meet from home. Free phone consultations let people decide whether the fit feels right before booking. Appointments are offered on weekday early mornings and evenings, and the practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming. New clients start with a secure message and a client portal.
