The Water Heater Dude

The Water Heater Dude is a full-service plumbing company that specializes in water heaters, handling repairs, replacements and tankless installs. Customers also bring in the company for toilet and drain plumbing, duct cleaning and HVAC work, which is handled under the sister brand The Air Dude.

The company is licensed and insured and has more than 30 years of experience. It is based in Waxhaw, and many reviewers mention fast response times, same-day or next-day visits for urgent problems, and quotes that are clear and fairly priced. Reviewers also describe techs who explain options without pushing extra work.
