Labor of Love Integrative offers holistic, drug-free care aimed at easing pain and stress by addressing the root of a problem rather than only its symptoms. Its signature method is Beneficial Exercise Movement Therapy, which pairs customized movements with sonic therapy to build joint mobility, core stability and balance. Other sessions include audio-visual entrainment for athletes and students, far infrared sauna and stress relief work.

Each plan is tailored to the person, and the team works with adults, teens, children and seniors. Stress reduction sessions last about 30 minutes on a vibrating table with aromatherapy and light therapy.
