Buck & Honey's

Buck & Honey's Waunakee location serves a sushi menu with rolls like the Spider Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll and Dragon Roll, along with nigiri such as salmon, hamachi and unagi. Brunch and a drinks menu are also offered. The restaurant is one of four locations, with the others in Monona, Sun Prairie and Mount Horeb, and the group takes its spirit from Buck and Honey Birkinbine, who once farmed the land where the Sun Prairie location now sits.

Reservations and online ordering are available. The restaurant hosts private events, and Martinson Hall is offered for weddings. Off-site catering and pick-up catering are offered, and gift cards can be bought from the restaurant.
