We Energies

We Energies is a regulated electric and natural gas utility serving Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, with more than 1.1 million electric customers and 1.1 million natural gas customers in Wisconsin. The company also provides steam service to customers in downtown Milwaukee. Its core work covers power generation, natural gas storage, grid upkeep and tree trimming near power lines.

Homeowners and businesses can start, stop or move energy service, pay bills and report outages or gas leaks. Natural gas leaks should be reported by leaving the area and calling from a safe location, and residential service lines are staffed around the clock. Customer service is handled by phone and email, though email responses take one to two business days and are not for emergencies or outages. The company's headquarters address is on South West Avenue in Waukesha.
