Raised Grain Brewing Company

Raised Grain Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom that pours its own beer, including barrel-aged and mixed-fermentation styles, alongside a menu of pizza, fries, flatbreads, wings, burgers and beer cheese dishes. Its Birdseye beer cheese shows up across the menu, from nachos to fried cheese curds, and the kitchen makes most items in house in small batches.

The taproom is open Tuesday through Sunday for dine-in, with a Monday to-go option. Brewery tours, a beer garden, trivia, cribbage and gift cards are also offered, and the business hosts private events. The brewery is at 1725 Dolphin Drive in Waukesha.
