Waterville Import Auto Service

Waterville Import Auto Service is an independent repair shop focused on foreign vehicles, with work on VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Honda, Acura, Lexus, Toyota and Volvo among others. Volkswagen repair is a core part of the business, and the shop lists a wide range of services from brake and ABS work to air conditioning, batteries and alternators. The shop says it invests in specialty tools and diagnostic equipment for newer, more complex vehicles, and that its ASE certified technicians aim to deliver dealership-level work at lower prices.

The shop is located at 37 N. River Road in Waterville and has been in business since 1991. Customers can call or stop in, and the shop is open weekdays. Reviewers often mention the owners' honest advice and the shop's fair pricing compared with dealers. The shop is small, so drop-in visits may be busy.
