Builder's Bargain Outlet

Builder's Bargain Outlet sells building materials at discounted prices, mostly closeouts, discontinued lines and factory surplus bought directly from manufacturers. Shoppers find cabinets, windows, doors, tile, sinks, bathtubs, toilets, carpet, granite and lighting fixtures, along with tools and fasteners. Most of the stock is first-quality, with some seconds, display items and slightly used products priced lower.

The Waterloo store is part of the HEP Sales family of stores, so staff can sometimes match an item from a sister location to complete a project, such as a fourth window to pair with three of the same model. Trucks arrive often, so the selection changes frequently and it pays to visit often. The store is in Waterloo.
