Titan Performance and Fitness

Titan Performance and Fitness trains youth athletes, adults and women who want to get stronger, lose fat and build confidence. Athlete programs focus on speed, agility, jumping and strength for ages 8 and up, from youth through college level. Adult options include coached group classes, private 1-on-1 sessions and a six-week Titan Transformation program that adds nutrition coaching, meal plans and accountability. Founders Mike and Natasha coach the classes, and Natasha is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer.

New adults can try a free week that includes access to classes and a free 1-on-1 consultation, with no credit card required. Group classes run at set times on weekdays and Saturday mornings, and members can choose any class that fits their day. The gym is based in Valley, Nebraska, and serves the Omaha, Elkhorn and Waterloo area, so it is worth calling or texting before you visit to get the address and class times.
