A. Caplan Co.

A. Caplan Co. is a kitchen supply store that sells cookware, small kitchen tools and equipment for both home cooks and commercial kitchens. The showroom is large and stocks everything from measuring spoons to walk-in coolers, and the store has been in business for more than 40 years.

The store is a family-owned business that serves home cooks as well as restaurants, caterers and other food businesses. Its commercial kitchen section is a separate room, and the store also takes gift certificates. It is located on US-19 in Waterford, PA, and customers in the Erie area make up a large part of its business.
