RD Emily & Team

RD Emily & Team is a group practice of registered dietitian nutritionists who specialize in eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, and weight-inclusive nutrition care. The dietitians also work with digestive distress and gastrointestinal disorders, cardiometabolic concerns such as cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar, sports and performance nutrition, and perinatal nutrition before, during and after pregnancy.

The first visit is a 75-minute initial assessment, followed by 45-minute follow-ups, with both in-person and telehealth options. A free 15-minute intro call is available beforehand. The practice is out-of-network with insurance but will submit superbills, and it partners with Project Heal for low-cost eating disorder care. The team lives in the DC metro area and has an office at 1725 I Street NW in Washington.
